The Senior Account Manager will join our team to lead one of our longest-standing retail clients. In this high‑visibility role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for the client, partner agencies, and internal Merkle teams—playing a central part in driving partnership success. You’ll maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, creating value, and bringing a polished, solutions‑oriented approach to every interaction.
As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day execution of our clients’ marketing strategies. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with key client stakeholders as well as cross‑functional Merkle teams. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between groups to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.
Your leadership in managing timelines, deliverables, and support activities will directly impact both client success and Merkle’s continued growth. This is a hybrid opportunity and reports to the Senior Account Director.
The annual salary range for this position is $82,800 -$108,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
