Duties and Responsibilities: As this is a hybrid role, this will cover both Senior Account Manager and people responsibilities:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or any business related field
Experience 4-6 years Sales & Marketing experience
Others
Strong technical understanding of bakery ingredients (enzymes, emulsifiers, improvers, flavor systems, functional ingredients, etc.) and their applications,
Proven ability to develop and grow key accounts, deliver sales targets, and expand market share.
Strong business development skills: ability to identify new opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects
Ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial solutions for customers.
Analytical and strategic mindset; able to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI,).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Willingness to travel within the Philippines for customer visits, plant trials, and business meetings.
As Senior Account Manager:
1. Acquires a thorough working knowledge of all product and applications, trading operation and develops all necessary professional selling skills.
2. Achieves the agreed budget and targets via sales of existing and new product lines.
3. Maintains and develops good customer relations by regularly visiting them with good and prompt commercial and technical service. As part of the commercial service, she or he should respond to all customers’ problem regarding product, price, deliver documentations, shipments, etc.
4. Coordinates closely with suppliers for commercial and technical advice and information.
5. Identifies key markets and customers. Keeps records of existing and prospective customers’ updated.
6. Monitors, updates and submits report of competitors and key customers activities.
7. Gather important information on the assigned products/suppliers, discusses market trends and requirements with superior as deemed necessary.
8. Assists in recommending objectives and strategies for various suppliers and products.
9. Cost out product prices in close collaboration with the line manager
10. Assists the Customer Service Group in some potential customers regarding deliveries, shipment and outstanding.
11. Plans out customer visit independently.
12. Accompanies suppliers’ visitors to key customers as needed.
13. Performs other tasks which the Managers may instruct from time to time.
As People Manager
Team Management
1. Manages assigned account manager
2. Visits/calls customers jointly with account manager
3. Defines/ executes team targets and service levels
4. Trains and coaches of the team
5. Reviews and reports team performance

1. Reviews guides and optimizes pricing
