The Role:
Entegris is seeking an Account ManagerforSemiconductor OEMcustomers(Companiessupply process equipmentto semiconductor Fab)inSouth China area.The roleis responsible formanaging the entire sales cycle from explore to closure,collecting competitive information and promoting Entegris Technology & Products (Filtration & Fluid Handling solution), and delivering sales revenue target.
In this role you will:
Understand and foresee keyOEMcompanies’business,drive internal teams to provide solutions,establishtechnicaledgeand market competitiveness forattainingand maintainingcriticallypreferred supplier position, maximize revenue,profitand market share.
Understand corporate business division and sales and marketing operation goals, develop and execute account strategy plans to achievesales objectives
Maximize win atPOUrelated business of ChinaSemiconductorfabsthrough effective key account management includingset up inventory to support newfabproject needs, conduct TRM to traincustomers onEntegris’ sleading edge product solutions/technologiesand provideaccurateforecast to BU for on time delivery.
Collaborate with Fabaccount teamforPOUrelated businessnomination win.
Drive effective pricing strategy and manage contractand price negotiations process at keyOEMcustomersfocuses onenlargeordevelopmarket share averagein accordance withtotal profit strategy.
Effectivelyutilizethe support of Division Technologist and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.
Work with customers and global team and Entegris BU to ensure company Product Obsolescence or PCN to be implemented.
Establish customer intimacy with all resourcesto promotepartnerships andensure Entegris is supporting customer’sshort- and long-termbusiness strategy.
Develop andmaintainmulti-levelrelationshipsnew opportunities and application business.

Proven communication, planning and interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, governmentalregulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
Since this role is a liaison between customers, BU and other internal supporting teams, good written and oral communication in English skillsisessential.
An idealcandidate isa team player, self-motivatedperson with goodinterpersonalskills, who hasover 5year’sexperiencein semiconductor sales or marketing position.
Technical background in SemifabWET/Photo module is a plus.
Education/Experience:
A BS or above degree inscience and engineeringwith~5years key/critical account management of experience in semiconductorsales/marketing positionispreferred, or a relevant combination of experience and education
