About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's sales and business development efforts. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the growth of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with assigned enterprise-level accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Understand client business needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

  • Provide regular updates on account performance and pipeline development


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior account management or business development role, preferably in the fintech or software industry

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing enterprise-level accounts

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with C-level executives

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments

  • Proficient in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
