Arcadis is seeking a Senior Account Leader/Project Manager to support growth in water, wastewater, and stormwater opportunities across upstate New York. This position is based in our Clifton Park, New York office.
In this role, you will work with area leaders, area managers, project managers, and technical experts to win and deliver projects that meet client objectives and provide exceptional service. You will also help advance strategic growth, market planning, and key initiatives across the market area.
The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of water infrastructure and environmental services, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as a trusted client advisor, pursue growth opportunities, support proposal development, and oversee project planning, execution, and financial performance.
The Senior Account Leader/Project Manager will implement strategies to expand services to current clients and to add new clients, while also working with our technical experts and professional staff to manage the high-quality delivery of existing projects.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $160,000- $220,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
