As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's footprint within the Fortune 2000 market. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers. This position demands a proactive, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within the customer experience (CX) and contact center sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fortune 2000 segment, positioning our client's innovative AI solutions as essential tools for enhancing customer engagement.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, utilizing value-based selling techniques and adhering to established sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPIC.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our client's solutions can address them.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging and to provide feedback from the field that informs product enhancements.

  • Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in direct enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in the CX or contact center domains.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in net new business hunting, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Methodology Proficiency: Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies; MEDDPIC training is highly desirable.

  • Startup Mentality: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, exhibiting adaptability and resilience.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
