As a Senior Account Executive, you will spearhead the development of Pelico’s MRO vertical. Your mission is to open new accounts, build strategic relationships, and lead value-driven sales cycles to establish Pelico as a key partner in the aerospace MRO ecosystem.

As an Account Executive, you will join the Pelico Sales team. Your role will to open new accounts and drive growth for our company.
Your contacts will be Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Manager, Production Controller...) and you will work closely with other teams like Marketing, Product and Customer Operations.
As an Account Executive within the MRO Pod, your role is to open new revenue opportunities within the aerospace MRO ecosystem (airlines, MRO shops, OEM services divisions), driving growth through consultative, value-led sales cycles
You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders, demonstrating how Pelico solves real pain points across component turnaround, material planning, and shopfloor visibility.
Location: You will be based in Paris, Amsterdam, Munich or London, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
