As a Senior Account Executive for Enterprise Customers on the Account Team Unit for Manufacturing Customers, you have the opportunity to engage strategically with customers and influence every area of their organizational transformation. Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans utilizing sales and delivery methodology for multiple accounts, ensuring engagements yield high-volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer, and coordinating with internal industry experts.
  • Expand the network of key internal and external partners, as well as business decision makers in customer accounts, to drive sales growth and partner impact through seamless account management.
  • Oversee complex accounts and lead planning and prioritization efforts, managing pipeline strategy to meet business priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure teams are aligned and accountable.
  • Think strategically about customer planning for assigned accounts, set standards and priorities, engage internal and external decision makers for long-term business planning, and turn enterprise accounts into strategic partnerships.
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with executive, business, and technical decision makers through consultative engagement to establish alignment and secure buy-in, connecting customers with Microsoft’s business and technical leadership.



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND a few years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND proven years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, account management, business development, consulting, or technology advisory.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, building trusted relationships with business and technology decision-makers.
  • Experience driving business outcomes through strategic account planning, sales execution, or digital transformation initiatives.Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and navigate complex customer organizations.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level customer accounts.
  • Experience within the Manufacturing industry or supporting customers undergoing digital transformation.
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Experience developing long-term customer strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise software solutions.

Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 841,700.00 - kr 1,433,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
