We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring mid-market accounts in the DACH region. You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and initiatives that drive demand and increase sales. You’re exactly the person we are looking for if you can pick up the phone yourself: if there aren’t enough leads, you can get it done.
🚀 Your responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring mid-market accounts in the DACH region
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach (you are happy to pick up the phone yourself), collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Take part in trade fairs and events to expand your network and represent nilo
Keep the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
👀 You'll be successful with these skills:
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive doing B2B/SaaS sales (a quota carrying role)
Your are goal oriented and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets closing for mid-market deals (15-100k ACVs)
You've worked in at least one high growth/strong sales environment so that you can hit the ground running in our sales environment
You have experience in a complex selling and understand the buying processes of medium-sized companies
You can communicate effectively with and pitch to different personas (C-Level, Executives, HR, Finance, IT etc.)
You’re enthusiastic about the topics of mental health, HR/People management, New Work and want to utilize it for a company with a purpose selling a product that you can relate to
As you will be interacting with clients in the DACH region, speaking German at native or near native level is required as well as fluency in English as this is our company language
You have a growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for your own development
