As a Senior Account Executive – Gaming at FrankieOne, you will own and grow our presence across the gaming, iGaming and online wagering industry—a sector where identity, fraud, KYC and AML capabilities aren't nice-to-haves; they're the licence to operate.

You will drive new business across a defined territory of gaming operators, platforms and marketplaces, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. As the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, you'll build relationships with commercial, risk and compliance stakeholders, position FrankieOne as the platform that runs financial crime end-to-end, and convert opportunities into signed, revenue-generating deals.

Your goal is to build a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and turn it into predictable, growing revenue. Working closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships, you'll apply FrankieOne's Enterprise Selling and Account Management methodology to win and expand strategic accounts.

By combining deep gaming industry knowledge with disciplined enterprise sales execution, you'll play a key role in establishing FrankieOne as the category-defining orchestration platform.

What You'll Be Responsible For
New Business Development & Pipeline Generation
  • Build and manage a robust, well-qualified pipeline of new-logo opportunities across the gaming, iGaming and online wagering sector.

  • Proactively prospect into target accounts through outbound activity, referrals, partnerships and marketing-generated leads.

  • Develop and execute a territory plan focused on the highest-value gaming operators and platforms.

Consultative, Relationship-Led Selling
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial, risk and compliance stakeholders, delivering tailored identity, fraud, KYC and AML solutions.

  • Run the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, business case development, negotiation and close.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers and industry advocates to maximise win rates and deal velocity.

Deal Execution & Revenue Growth
  • Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for your territory, providing accurate and timely updates to sales leadership.

  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer value with FrankieOne's pricing model.

  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Customer Success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams on solution design, demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.

  • Work closely with Marketing to develop gaming-focused campaigns, content and events that generate pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Partnerships to leverage channel and platform relationships relevant to gaming accounts.

Industry Knowledge & Category Leadership
  • Stay current on gaming, iGaming and wagering regulations, including AML/CTF obligations, responsible gambling requirements and age verification standards.

  • Bring market intelligence and competitor insights back into the business to strengthen positioning and sales strategy.

  • Represent FrankieOne at industry conferences, events and forums to build brand awareness and credibility within the gaming sector.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying, new-logo sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Experience selling into gaming, iGaming, online wagering, payments, fintech or regtech organisations.

  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience engaging commercial, risk and compliance stakeholders.

  • Experience selling identity, fraud, KYC/AML, risk or compliance solutions is highly regarded.

  • Excellent discovery, solutioning and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to build and defend compelling business cases.

  • A hunter mentality—self-directed, resilient and energised by building pipeline from scratch.

  • Passion for the gaming industry and an understanding of the regulatory landscape shaping it.
