💼 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to take ownership of our growth in the DACH market. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role for a hunter who thrives on uncovering new business.

You won’t just be waiting for leads; you will define your territory strategy, identify high-value targets, and manage the process from first contact to signed contract. To achieve this at scale, we expect you to aggressively leverage AI and modern sales technologies to automate your administrative tasks, supercharge your account research, and hyper-personalize your outreach. You will set the standard for outbound excellence at fiskaly, working directly with leadership to refine our value proposition and go-to-market approach in the retail tech space.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• AI-Powered Outbound Execution: Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns to penetrate key accounts (POS vendors, retail tech). You will use AI tools to research stakeholders, trigger buying signals, and craft hyper-personalized messaging at scale.
• Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership: Take absolute accountability for your pipeline health. Identify, qualify, and nurture your own leads, using intelligent automation to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities without manual bottlenecks.
• Deep Market Intelligence: Analyze the DACH landscape to uncover untapped segments and competitor vulnerabilities. You'll use AI research assistants to quickly synthesize market data and feed actionable insights back to Product and Marketing.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve our outreach toolstack and messaging. You will use generative AI to A/B test approaches and help structure a highly efficient, automated playbook for future hires.
• Consultative Selling: Move prospects from "cold" to "closed" by articulating complex technical value to C-level stakeholders, managing the deal cycle with precision while relying on AI meeting assistants to capture notes and track follow-ups.

👀 What You Bring

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of Full-Cycle Sales experience. You have a history of generating your own pipeline and closing it. You don’t need a massive marketing budget to hit your numbers.
• Modern Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable with cold outreach and have the resilience to handle the early stages of the funnel, but with the sophistication of a senior closer who uses technology to hunt smarter, not just harder.
• Tech & AI Aptitude: You can quickly grasp API-based products and explain them clearly to non-technical buyers. Furthermore, you actively embrace AI tools in your daily workflow to maximize your selling time.
• Data-Driven Execution: You manage your CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) impeccably, utilizing data and AI insights to prioritize exactly which accounts to attack next.
• Self-Starter: You require minimal management. You know how to build a territory plan and execute it autonomously.
