You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the energy or green tech sector with a proven track record in business development, venture building or a similar role requiring a strong analytical & commercial skillset and strategic execution

You're a results-oriented executor who thrives on testing ideas in the market quickly and adapting strategies to meet specific customer needs
You are able to perform in a new environment without predefined end2end processes and structures

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
