About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Tandem’s growth across the Finnish SMB market.

This is a highly commercial role for a hungry, ambitious, and highly goal-oriented salesperson who thrives on owning a number and winning new business. You will have a clear personal sales quota and be responsible for independently driving opportunities across the SMB segment, from first outbound contact and discovery through to negotiation, close, and handover to Delivery and Medical Operations teams.

You’ll build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, understand their needs and workflows, and clearly articulate the value Tandem can bring to their organisation.

What You Will Do

• Own and deliver against a personal sales quota for the Finnish SMB market.
• Independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact through discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and handover to our Delivery and Medical Operations team.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and other commercial channels.
• Proactively identify and target high-potential SMB accounts across the Finnish healthcare market.
• Run structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs, workflows, pain points, and buying motivations.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailor Tandem’s value proposition to different customer profiles.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Own negotiations and commercial conversations, ensuring a clear path to close.
• Maintain a high level of sales activity and consistently progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers and Medical Operations to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer handover after close.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Medical Operations, and Leadership to improve sales processes, messaging, and customer experience.
• Represent Tandem Health at relevant conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development, ideally within SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed an individual sales quota.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and building sales pipelines from scratch.
• Experience owning full-cycle sales, from first contact through to close.
• A highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High level of independence, ownership, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively, and maintain high activity levels in a fast-growing company.
• Native-level Finnish and fluent English.
• Genuine passion for technology and AI - deep technical expertise is not required, but curiosity and enthusiasm are essential qualities we seek.

Bonus Points

• Experience selling SaaS, digital health, or technology solutions to SMB customers.
• Existing network within the Finnish healthcare market.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience working with CRM and modern sales/GTM tools.
• Experience selling products involving clinical or healthcare workflows.
• Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.

Location

This is a full-time on-site role based in Helsinki, working closely with local and international teams to grow Tandem’s presence in Finland.
