The Role and What You’ll Do:
160over90’s Senior Account Executives are expected not to ask for solutions, but provide them through your own expertise, your research and the support of your colleagues and management team. Successful members are those who deliver under the most challenging situations, exceeding client expectations while ensuring internal alignment from creative and executive teams. Assist in the strategy, planning, coordination and execution of client’s sponsorship initiatives, contractual sponsorship fulfillment and asset management across properties, mainly in soccer, with some support for other partnerships and events.
Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client, its stakeholders, properties, partner agencies, internal 160over90 departments, media partners and any other relevant parties involved in the fulfillment and activation of client’s MLS sponsorship portfolio.
Support Account Director in the annual development of client’s MLS marketing campaign and activation.
Direct and coordinate activation implementation inclusive of content and media.
Evaluate current portfolio, new sponsorship opportunities, and new media opportunities in order to provide POVs and recommendations.
Experience working with planning tools and routines, including project timelines, budget tracking, logistics schedules, notes, etc.
Working knowledge of experiential marketing / VIP hospitality events beyond basic knowledge and “how to” and ability to speak and strategize on staffing, training, logistics, execution and measurement
Develop and actively manage vendor relationships to ensure best available resources and solutions to meet client objectives and budget
Provide relevant research and insights to support, drive, and measure client’s business decisions and results.
Own reporting process, documentation, maintain and complete updated program files and valuation across client’s sports sponsorship and experiential programs
Vetting and managing talent for various promotional event appearances
Prioritize, meet deadlines, report on key deliverables and show sound decision making
You Have These:
3 - 5 years of related experience in experiential marketing and/or hospitality
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Project management skills with a high-level attention to detail & ability to multi-task
Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, properties, agencies and vendors
Prior experience with sports content, media strategy, and activation
Experience in or knowledge of MLS/professional soccer is a plus
Experience in the auto category is a plus
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Experience in social media is a plus
Microsoft Office proficient
Willing and able to navigate nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessary
Preference for a creative, forward-thinker
Must have professional appearance and persona
Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented approach
Career minded and seeking long-term employment with growth opportunities
Prior agency experience is highly preferred

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
