The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence through consultative engagement and solution selling.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market development activities.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including discovery, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders to drive retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify customer challenges and position technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Target strategic prospects across industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, retail, technology, and global capability centers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate solution value propositions to both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with solution consultants, marketing, business development, and professional services teams to ensure successful customer engagement.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to leadership.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities through CRM systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business priorities and helping them achieve transformation goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling complex technology solutions, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence enterprise-level customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of successful sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions, or related technology environments.
• Proven track record of selling complex solutions with long and consultative sales cycles.
• Experience selling AI-driven customer experience platforms, contact center solutions, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Western India business landscape and enterprise customer ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building abilities with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for developing new business opportunities.
• Existing network of enterprise contacts within the regional business community is an advantage.
