Senior Account Executive, Client ServicesWhat You’ll DoAs our Senior Account Executive, your primary goal is to oversee successful implementation of existing client SOWs, coordinating internal and external resources, managing timelines and budgets, and providing day-to-day communication with the clients. Even in hectic circumstances, you must troubleshoot, remain cool under pressure, and communicate concisely and effectively to keep clients and internal teams informed and organized.   • Understand the therapeutic area of assigned account(s) and competitive environment
  • Demonstrate significant knowledge of agency procedure, be an advocate for agency process, and contributes to process improvement
  • Understand a wide range of digital and non-digital project types across Medical Affairs and Commercial functions
  • Modify core product framework plans to form custom project plans
  • Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations and client positioning and strategy
  • Evaluate deliverables against Project Briefs
  • Contribute thoughtfully to the brand tactical planning
  • Provide accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines
  • Own day-to-day tactics and execution within agency
  • Develop budgets and ensure invoicing is consistent with agreed-upon terms
  • Keep accurate record of time spent on client work and manage project burn rate
  • Assist in project reconciliation and work with accounting to ensure accurate billing

Client Responsibility

  • Work with client and internal teams to successfully execute scoped tactics
  • Communicate directly, frequently, and autonomously with client; build rapport and credibility with client based on trust and expert counsel
  • Serve as the Client Service lead onsite at meetings such as ad boards and congress engagements

Internal Responsibility

  • Keep internal team informed of changes in client/competitive climate
  • Synchronize communications between account teams, support teams, vendors, and client
  • Maintain accurate and organized project folders

Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role.What You Must HaveCandidate must reside within NJ, NY, Delaware, PA, or CT to be eligible for this roleEducation and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of client services experience
  • 2+ years of agency or pharmaceutical advertising experience (required)
  • 1+ year of oncology/hematology experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, WebEx (or other similar systems)
  • Ability to innovate/brainstorm new ideas to solve client challenges
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, organize other people and other tasks
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex or diverse information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem-solving solutions
  • Ability to respect and retain confidential client and company information
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client deliverables
  • Experience leading execution and developing project plans for digital projects
  • Understanding of best practices in digital deliverables and familiarity with interactive content formats
  • Demonstrate understand of pharmaceutical and biotech team structures and how med comms deliverables fit into their strategies

What You Might Have, but Isn’t Required

  • Experience using cloud-based system servers such as Egnyte
  • Experience working in a completely virtual environment

Travel Requirements

  • Travel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project, sponsor, and organizational needs (<40% travel expected)

Salary offers are based upon several factors including experience, education, skills, training, demonstrated qualifications, location, and organizational need. The range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000. Salary is one component of the total earnings and rewards package offered. About Us
