Your Team

You will be part of PTC's Enterprise Sales team, managing strategic accounts across the Nordic region.

PTC has built a substantial customer and partner network in the Nordics, including companies such as Volvo, SKF, Tetra Pak, IKEA, Vestas, Novo Nordisk, KONE, Ericsson, Nokia, Microsoft, and Rockwell Automation.

Your Impact

• Be responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets by selling PTC's full portfolio of software solutions and services into large enterprise accounts across the Nordic region.
• Leverage your industry expertise to develop a vision and strategic plan for how CAD, ePLM, AI, and digital engineering solutions will transform the way manufacturers design, develop, and deliver products now and in the future.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, helping customers accelerate their digital transformation initiatives and unlock business value.

Your Day-to-Day

• Investigate and understand how customers and prospects are developing and executing their digital transformation strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Confidently position PTC's value propositions and business outcomes against customer priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Prospect and develop new enterprise opportunities while growing and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Help clients define transformation roadmaps that improve performance and capabilities across Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Service functions.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and partner teams to maximize customer success and business growth.
• Travel Expectations: 20%-30% (up to 50% when required).

Your Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success selling complex enterprise software solutions into large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of CAD, PLM, ePLM, Digital Thread, Digital Engineering, and AI-driven business solutions.
• Experience engaging senior executives and leading strategic, value-based sales conversations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology investments with customer business outcomes.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrix organization.
• Technology-curious with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling enterprise PLM, CAD, SaaS, AI, Digital Engineering, or Manufacturing software solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Experience building strategic account plans and driving large transformational opportunities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, medical device, or high-tech industries.
