Senior Account Executive: Growth Accelerator Team
Location: UK (remote, with travel to client meetings, our Exeter office and team days as needed)

Based around our proprietary “Ecommerce Growth Flywheel” model, Swanky is uniquely positioned within the Shopify ecosystem to provide strategy across each of Acquisition, Conversion and Retention, underpinned by Data, Strategy, Design and Engineering.
Within Swanky, the Growth Accelerator team focuses on driving measurable commercial performance for our clients through a suite of specialist services: CRO, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Creative & Content, and TikTok Shop. We work with brands who want more than an agency - they want a strategic growth partner.
The role
To support our growth, and following a recent investment from YFM, we are now hiring an experienced commercial operator to help scale our Growth Accelerator service. This is a new role which the successful candidate will help to shape and define over the longer-term.
This is a consultative sales role. We receive good inbound interest in our Growth Accelerator service, which you will manage, but we are also looking for you to deliberately and proactively grow this demand.
You'll work closely with the Growth Accelerator team, GTM Team Lead, Commercial Director and senior stakeholders across Swanky to shape solutions that reflect what each client actually needs. By its nature, this will be a varied role - some clients will require a strategy- and data-led development and CRO roadmap, whereas others might require paid acquisition, SEO and TikTop Shop consultancy. You will enjoy and thrive under this variety, and the breadth of solutions that you can offer to help solve clients’ biggest challenges.
We're looking for someone who knows the Shopify ecosystem well (including our key technology partners), has experience leading RFP responses and engaging senior client stakeholders, can quickly understand a brand's growth challenges, and can translate all of this into a compelling, credible proposal for retained services.
