โœ”๏ธ You know Upwork โ€“ how it works, what clients want, and how to pitch smart
โœ”๏ธ CRM-savvy (HubSpot preferred) โ€“ you keep your pipeline cleaner than your kitchen
โœ”๏ธ Strong English (verbal + written) โ€“ clear, friendly, and persuasive
โœ”๏ธ Familiar with Boolean Search / ElasticSearch = bonus points
โœ”๏ธ Self-starter, problem-solver, relationship-builder โ€“ you donโ€™t wait to be told what to do
