Job Description

Senior Account Executive 

Reporting to one of our Account leads, the SAE we are looking for must have a background in integrated marketingand communications, with an emphasis on social media and digital communications in the highly regulated pharmaceutical space.

The SAE will be tasked with implementing proactive communication initiatives on behalf of clients in the healthcare space. TheSAE will be accountable for managing workflows, material development, regulatory reviewsubmissionsand quality assurance across all accounts that he/she/theysupports, and for applying attention-to-detail and critical thinking skills to ensure all deliverables are executed flawlessly and in line with client strategic plans and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day execution of integratedmarketingand communicationsprograms under the supervision of the Account lead
  • Drafting client-facing communications and preparingmaterials for presentation to clients(e.g., campaign assets,digital content)
  • Facilitating team working sessions and capturing input,feedbackand next steps
  • Developing and reviewing MLR submissions and working with the Account leads to manage MLR review and approval process, including QA of all assets and submissions
  • Tracking activities across agency disciplines and teams, independently; and providing regular updates to internal teams
  • Drafting client meeting agendas, recaps, activityreportsand status updates for assigned accounts
  • Monitoring client/industry publications and compiling trends and analysis for distribution to internal stakeholders
  • Organizing client assets on internal SharePoint

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3-4years of experience at a healthcare agency
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, oral and written communications, and knowledge of communications techniques and agency procedures
  • Familiarity with social media and digital platform content development best practices
  • Knowledge ofregulatory review systems (e.g.,Veeva)Workingunderstanding of FDA landscape and MLR processes
  • And a passion forunderstandinghealthcare, storytellingandbettering the lives of patients

You are proactive and have worked on multiple projects at once, interacting across leadership, teams, and clients regularly. You are prepared to earn influence and drive success at every chance. You know your way aroundMicrosoft Office,Veeva,MuckRack, monitoring and social listening platforms.
