We are seeking a seasoned, sales-focused Account Executive with a strong track record in the solar or energy storage industry across Central Europe and the DACH region In this pivotal role, you will support Stem’s European expansion by developing and managing a sales pipeline focused on utility-scale solar and battery energy storage developers, Independent Power Producers, and strategic partners.
You will establish and grow relationships with high-potential customers, build a pipeline of high-value software-led opportunities, and convert project-based engagements into long-term strategic accounts with expansion and upsell potential aligned with Stem’s modular product roadmap. This role requires a commercially driven sales professional with a strong understanding of the solar and BESS ecosystem, capable of engaging key decision-makers, translating technical requirements into clear commercial value, and consistently delivering against ambitious growth targets in a rapidly evolving clean energy market.
