As Senior Account Director, Commerce (NA), you are the senior client delivery lead for Influencer’s Creator Performance offering across North America. You are responsible for delivering best-in-class affiliate marketing, social commerce, and creator performance programs for some of our largest clients while building the operational foundations required to scale the business.

Reporting to the SVP, Global Performance, you will lead the North America Commerce delivery team, overseeing client strategy, campaign execution, and team development. You will partner closely with Sales, Client Services, Creative Strategy, Paid Media, and Platform Partnerships to ensure commerce programs are commercially successful, operationally efficient, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.

Beyond client delivery, you will play an important role in shaping our evolving commerce offering—helping develop playbooks, delivery standards, platform partnerships, and scalable operating processes that support the long-term growth of the business.

This role requires deep expertise across affiliate marketing, creator commerce, and performance marketing, along with strong commercial judgement, operational leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.

  • Lead North America’s creator performance delivery function, helping shape one of the agency’s fastest-growing capabilities across affiliate marketing, social commerce, and creator-led performance.

Build enterprise creator programs
  • Partner with some of the world’s leading brands to design and deliver creator performance programs that drive measurable business outcomes including GMV, revenue growth, customer acquisition and ROAS.

Help shape the business
  • Work directly alongside the SVP, Global Performance to develop new products, improve operational excellence, strengthen platform partnerships and build the systems that will scale the Commerce business globally.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:

  • Embedded into the North America Commerce team and established strong relationships across Client Services, Sales, Creative Strategy, Paid Media, Finance and Platform Partnerships.

  • Taken ownership of the North America Commerce delivery function and established clear delivery standards across the portfolio.

  • Built strong relationships with key platform partners including TikTok Shop, Impact, Awin and other commerce partners.

  • Supported multiple pitches and growth opportunities, providing strategic, operational and commercial expertise.

  • Implemented scalable delivery processes, reporting frameworks and campaign best practices.

  • Built confidence across the business in Influencer’s Commerce offering and its ability to drive measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and line-manage the Commerce delivery team (Account Director, Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Executive), ensuring consistently high standards of delivery, strong client satisfaction and long-term client retention.

  • Act as a senior partner to clients, maintaining exceptional service standards across all workstreams.

  • Own the Social Commerce & Affiliate delivery standard across the portfolio – performance strategy, delivery, analysis, reporting and optimisation.

  • Support the Commercial team on pitches and growth opportunities, providing operational, strategic, costing, timeline and feasibility input on proposed campaign approaches and creative ideas.

  • Set the TikTok Shop strategy and oversee execution across creator, seller and live shopping across the team's accounts.

  • Own senior relationships across TikTok Shop and affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize) and social commerce platforms (ShopMy, Meta Commerce, YouTube Shopping)

  • Maintain oversight of campaign delivery standards, supporting escalation management where required across timelines, budgets, scope or client concerns.

  • Be highly immersed in Influencer's product and operational ecosystem, proactively contributing ideas and feedback to improve internal systems, workflows, reporting capabilities and overall business efficiency.

  • Be a commerce-confident presence in front of clients, able to speak credibly across paid media and the wider performance strategy, not just organic social commerce and affiliate.

  • Act as the commerce and affiliate SME across the business, a trusted resource that Client Services, Commercial and Creative Operations rely on for briefs, pitches and delivery.

  • Foster a collaborative, positive and solutions-oriented team culture through strong communication, approachability and leadership by example.

  • Ensure quality, profitability and operational rigour across the portfolio, managing campaigns through Waves.

What you will need:

  • 8+ years’ experience across affiliate marketing, creator commerce, social commerce, influencer marketing or digital performance.

  • Proven people leadership – line-managing, developing and getting the best from a delivery team

  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of TikTok Shop (creator, seller and live shopping)

  • Experience with affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, Partnerize etc.)

  • Commercially fluent: comfortable owning and reporting on GMV, AOV, CPA, CAC and ROAS

  • Experience owning client strategy and delivery for commerce or performance products across a portfolio

  • Client-facing gravitas – confident presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders

  • Experience supporting pitches and new business, including costing, timeline and feasibility input

  • Strong operational judgement – escalation management across timelines, budgets, scope and client concerns
