Requirements

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director with strong quant skills to join our Melbourne team.

You will lead several of TRA’s most important client partnerships, ensuring the work we deliver is consistently exceptional and strategically impactful.

This is a senior client leadership role responsible for building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, expanding the scope of our partnerships, and leading teams to deliver high-quality insight and strategy.

The focus is on strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing partnerships, and delivering outstanding work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Growth and expansion of existing client accounts
• Ensuring that high-quality, impactful work is delivered to clients
• Teams are motivated and high performing
• Projects are delivered efficiently and profitably

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring:

• Research agency experience (minimum of 6 years) with a focus on quant
• Strong track record managing large client relationships
• Ability to translate insight into clear strategic recommendations
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and project management capability
• Experience mentoring and developing team members
