Job Description

The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, and e-commerce and retail platform HBX.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with brands on joint promotion opportunities and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth, successful campaign execution.
- Support ad operations: launching, optimizing, QA, and troubleshooting creative assets and rich media.
- Administrative support including weekly updates and updating the project management system.
- Assist in managing track insertion orders, proposals, campaign scheduling, and inventory conflict resolution.
- Collect and QA'd ad tags and creative; monitored and reconciled campaign delivery across systems.
- Analyze performance, delivered client objectives, and communicated updates across departments.
Requirements:
- College graduate in marketing, communication, fashion or related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the fashion industry focusing on digital media.
- Excellent communication skills and detail-minded.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules and pressure.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising.
- Candidates with more experience would be considered as Associate Account Manager.
