About the role
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to design, launch, and scale Plenful’s account-based growth engine for enterprise health systems and infusion providers. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized, account-centric campaigns that generate pipeline across both new logos and existing high-value customer accounts.
You will serve as the primary marketing counterpart to Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership for our enterprise segment, translating account insights into coordinated, multi-channel ABM plays that drive measurable revenue outcomes. This is a builder role: you will define the ABM playbook, operationalize our tooling, create repeatable workflows, and prove impact through pipeline contribution and revenue influence.
Approximately 75% of your focus will be dedicated to enterprise ABM strategy and execution as the program scales out of pilot. Beyond ABM, you will strengthen our broader demand engine (email marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, GEO, website conversion optimization, and sponsored digital placements with partners) to create a predictable pipeline across our broader ICP. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works in close partnership with Sales, RevOps, Event, and Product Marketing teammates
