- The Offshore CWMO Operations Partner (COP) provides execution focused, repeatable operational support across the contingent workforce lifecycle. This role performs standardized system actions, supplier coordination, onboarding execution, and lifecycle maintenance activities, enabling scale, consistency, and SLA adherence. Offshore COPs partner closely with onshore COPs, who retain ownership of stakeholder management, exceptions, and decision-making.
