§Work across functional lines to strive for and ensure consistent data quality
§Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source
§Identify, Analyze, and Interpret data trends or patterns using statistical techniques relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets
§Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities
§Automate & translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards
§Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices related to data management, risk and compliance

Primary Skills
•Expert Excel Add-In development, Power Query, and advanced functionalities to deliver robust data analysis, automation, and end-user solutions for business reporting needs.
•Develop, automate, and advanced Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools using features such as complex formulas, tables, Power Query, and VBA to provide actionable insights.
•Manage and integrate data from diverse sources, including Azure Data (ADL), SQL databases, and Altery workflows, ensuring efficient data import and processing for Excel-based solutions.
•Design comprehensive data models in Excel Power Query that enhance reporting capabilities and support dynamic, scalable solutions tailored for various business requirements.
•Execute robust data transformation processes using Power Query to clean, prepare, and optimize data for advanced analysis and reporting in Excel- Implement advanced data security and user access controls within Excel workbooks to safeguard sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
Secondary Skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
•Strong analytical, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; highly detail-oriented.
•Experience working within Agile methodology.
•Knowledge of additional tools such as Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, SharePoint, MS Power Platform, etc.
•Additional ETL or visualization tool experience is highly preferred. Must be able to work with minimal direction and remain to coordinate complex activities often subject to rapid or extensive changes.
•Extensive in stakeholder interaction.
