As the 3D &
Motion Lead, you are the chief architect of the immersive digital cockpit
experience. Your mission is to realize top-tier real-time 3D
interactions—ranging from Digital Twins and vivid ADAS visualizations to fluid
motion effects. You will lead the team to create a futuristic "Smart
Cockpit" where 3D technology not only enhances aesthetics but also
optimizes the human-machine interaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 
  3D Pipeline Establishment:
  Set up
  and optimize the 3D production pipeline from modeling and texturing to
  integration into real-time render engines (Unreal Engine/Unity).
• 
  Real-time HMI Design:
  Directly
  design and oversee the construction of 3D vehicle models (Digital Twin),
  weather effects, lighting, and environmental visualizations for autonomous
  driving (ADAS).
• 
  Motion Language Ownership:
  Build a
  brand-specific motion system, ensuring transitions, haptic feedback, and 3D
  animations achieve 60 FPS smoothness and high refinement.
• 
  Technical Art & Optimization:
  Partner
  with Software Engineers to optimize polygon counts, shaders, and textures to
  ensure the 3D system runs flawlessly on automotive hardware (Snapdragon
  8155/8295 chips).
• 
  Team Leadership & Development:
  Manage,
  mentor, and provide professional direction for the 3D/Motion Designers in the
  team. Ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• 
  International Collaboration:
  Present complex 3D solutions, discuss technical
  constraints, and explore new technology trends with foreign partners and
  experts.

Requirements

·
Experience:
6-10 years in 3D/Motion Design. Preference given to candidates with experience
in Real-time 3D for Automotive, AAA Games, or VR/AR applications.

Unreal Engine/Unity Expertise:
Master of
real-time render engines. Deep understanding of Blueprints, Shader Graph,
Niagara (VFX), and performance optimization workflows.

·
3D Modeling Skills:
Master of tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max. Proficiency in
high-accuracy hard-surface modeling (car models).

·
Technical Art Mindset
:
Strong knowledge of PBR Workflow (Physical Based Rendering), Lighting, and
texture baking optimized for embedded systems.

·
English Proficiency:
Fluent. Able to present abstract 3D technical solutions and engage in deep
discussions with international stakeholders.

  Motion Thinking:
  Deep understanding of the 12 principles of animation and how to apply them
  to digital interfaces to create a "Premium" feel.
