Support with building the KM strategy for the sectors in consultation with the Global Sector Network
•Build and Formalize SharePoint support which will tie in with the overall GCM KM strategy.
•Manage delivery of all Portal, Content and TeamSite services being offered to the business and manage continuous improvement program for these services.
•Ideate, design, develop, and manage deployment of communications and awareness channels including MS teams, news pages.
•Assess the effectiveness of sites via Metrics, surveys, on calls with working groups etc.
•Proactively propose solutions for challenges faced by the network members and suggest enhancements to their existing program designs and processes.
