职位描述
-围绕模型能力、推理资源、Token 服务质量与开发者体验，定义模型效果与稳定性保障系统，推动产品、研发、算法 、运营等多角色协同，提供高质量 Token 服务。 -建设开放平台质量保障体系，覆盖模型效果评估与度量、 稳定性、开发者体验等核心场景；持续建设 Test Agent，赋能研发与算法团队。 -建设 Agent Native 的质量保障团队。
职位要求
1、有云厂商、MaaS 服务厂商或相关 ToB 平台的质量保障与稳定性治理经验。 2、熟悉大模型 API、Token 计费、GPU 推理或 AI 基础设施相关场景，能与算法、研发和客户团队进行高质量沟通。 3、具备较强的问题定义和方案拆解能力，能独立推进复杂项目落地，追求结果至上。 4、有较强业务 sense，能从开发者体验与企业付费意愿出发定义质量目标。 5、具备团队管理与梯队建设经验，对质量与稳定性有长期追求。 加分项 兼具技术理解与跨团队推动能力，能直面研发、算法、产品推进复杂项目。 能从 0 到 1 搭建过质量保障或评测体系，熟悉 AI / Agent 在 QA 方向的落地路径。
