A Day in the Life

The Senior Digital Analyst orchestrate the delivery of high impact digital features for LATAM, operating at the intersection of business, technology and UX. This role translates business needs, user pain points and strategic priorities into clear, actionable user stories and supports the delivery of digital products (portals, e procurement, automation, AI use cases, Salesforce enhancements) with quality, on time and with measurable value. The role will be working in a Flex Work model either Ciudad del Mexico, Mexico or Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

• Continuously refine and manage the product backlog for one or more digital products and initiatives.
• Translate business objectives, customer needs and operational challenges into clear user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Support prioritization of initiatives and backlog items based on business value, customer impact, strategic alignment and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate discovery activities, workshops and process assessments to identify digital, automation and AI opportunities across LATAM markets.
• Map and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and value creation opportunities.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to understand business priorities and define scalable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Data Analysts and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are actionable, testable and aligned with user experience standards.
• Support the design and implementation of customer-facing and operational digital solutions, including B2B/B2C portals, Salesforce capabilities, e-procurement platforms, workflow automation and AI-enabled products.
• Contribute to the development of business cases by supporting value estimation, benefits tracking and success metrics definition.
• Work with Data and Analytics teams to define KPIs, adoption metrics and performance indicators for digital products and initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support testing, validation and change management activities to drive successful adoption across countries and functions.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, project updates and portfolio insights for leadership and steering committees.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, decisions and dependencies using approved collaboration tools.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Native or fluent Spanish.
• Fluent English.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement or related roles.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications and solution designs.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial and operational processes, including Lead-to-Order, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Service and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, technology and external vendors.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities based on business value, customer impact and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology audiences.
• Experience supporting digital products such as Salesforce, CRM platforms, customer portals, e-commerce, self-service and workflow solutions.
• Exposure to AI, automation and advanced analytics initiatives, including Generative AI use cases, is highly desirable.
• Experience working in multicultural and regional environments is preferred.
