Chalgrove Primary School have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic KS2 SEN teacher to teach in our additionally resourced provision for autistic children. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality specialist provision and work alongside the inclusion team. This post is for our older class which consists of up to 8 children (Years 3 -6).

We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about inclusion and working with children with ASC
• Has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of ASC
• Has a dynamic approach to teaching and learning
• Can inspire and motivate our pupils with consistently good teaching
• Is resilient and has a positive and solution focussed approach
• Is flexible and can work in a team
• Has high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Can be empathetic and understanding in their support and guidance for parents
