SEN Art Teacher – Harrow Location: Harrow Contract: Contract Pay: £170–£240 per day PAYE The opportunity A creative SEN school in Harrow is seeking an art teacher who can make practical learning accessible, purposeful and enjoyable for pupils with a range of additional needs. What you will do • Plan and teach engaging art lessons with clear, achievable outcomes. • Adapt materials, demonstrations and assessment for different communication and sensory needs. • Maintain a safe, well-organised creative environment. • Contribute to curriculum planning and work closely with support staff. What you will bring • Qualified Teacher Status and recent classroom teaching experience. • Strong subject knowledge and confidence adapting teaching for pupils with SEN. • A thoughtful approach to behaviour, safeguarding and inclusive assessment. • QTS is required for this teaching role.
