How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead and mentor a team of R&D engineers in a collaborative environment

  • Own the full development cycle of bipolar semiconductor devices, from concept to manufacturing transfer

  • Define and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps

  • Drive research on materials, device architectures, and fabrication processes

  • Collaborate closely with process engineering, product management, and manufacturing

  • Track emerging technologies and market trends in power semiconductors

  • Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and patent applications

  • Manage projects, budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Your background

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar discipline with strong grounding in semiconductor device physics

  • Multiple years of experience in semiconductor R&D, including leadership responsibility

  • Extensive hands‑on experience in power semiconductor devices (e.g. IGBTs, power MOSFETs, diodes, thyristors ) or power semiconductor applications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a complex R&D environment

  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Passion for people leadership, innovation, and enabling others to succeed
