Working in our properties across the areas of Northampton, Kettering, Peterborough, March, Milton Keynes and Dunstable

Permanent, full time 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis.

£32,281 per annum plus van great benefits including matching pension contributions

What you’ll do

• As Driver Semi-skilled Construction Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
• Supporting our trades team across a range of repairs, maintenance and property refurbishment tasks including Joiners, Roofers, Decorators, Bricklayers, Plumbers etc.
• Site activities including clearing, disposals, driving and storage of materials, Mould Washes. You’ll support us to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.

You have

• Experience in a range of Driving/Labouring work in a maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of building construction and building trade activities.
• A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
• A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

The practical bits

• Working Monday to Friday
• You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
• You’ll need a Basic DBS and health check done, we pay for that.
