This is a hands-on, physically active position requiring attention to detail and reliability in a production setting. Responsibilities:
Perform manual cutting and filleting of fish with precision and consistency
Prepare finished products for packaging according to standard operating procedures
Accurately select and arrange required quantities of products for each batch
Pack primary packages into larger shipping boxes, ensuring proper labeling and organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times
Requirements
Experience as a Production Operator in the food manufacturing industry
At least 1 year experience in the past 3 years
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
