As an SEM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving high-impact search engine marketing campaigns that connect brands with the right audiences at the right moment. You’ll combine analytical thinking with creative testing to maximize performance and continuously improve results.
Planning, launching, and optimizing paid search campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
Conducting in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
Managing ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment to improve CTR and conversion rates
Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI
Performing A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
Analyzing performance metrics and preparing clear, actionable reports for internal teams
Staying ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEM tools to keep campaigns competitive
We’re looking for someone who combines analytical precision with performance marketing expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads or other PPC platforms
Strong understanding of SEM strategy, keyword planning, bidding models, and campaign optimization
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword research platforms.
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
