The Senior HVAC Service Technician & Field Sales Lead is a hybrid technical, sales, and leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC service while supporting revenue growth and team development within a newly established Houston, Texas location.
This position requires a highly experienced service technician capable of diagnosing and resolving the vast majority of residential HVAC issues, combined with strong consultative sales skills for repairs, system upgrades, and full system replacements. As a green-field role, this individual must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently, represent the company professionally in a new market, and serve as a foundational leader as the Houston division grows.
