Position Overview

As the Selling Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while remaining actively involved in the sales process. You'll mentor team members, assist with closing opportunities, conduct field training, and ensure the sales team consistently achieves performance goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a sales leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage appointments scheduled by the inside sales team.
• Conduct a minimum of five field training appointments per week alongside sales representatives.
• Provide in-home sales support and assist representatives with closing opportunities.
• Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Handle cancel-save appointments and help recover potential lost sales.
• Partner with rehash and follow-up efforts to maximize closing opportunities.
• Lead ongoing sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for the sales team.
• Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top sales talent.
• Maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful in-home home improvement sales experience.
• Experience selling bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, HVAC, or similar home improvement products preferred.
• 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and train others to do the same.
• Comfortable using iPads, electronic presentations, and digital contract platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
