The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. This role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works closely with store operation teams to meet store objectives. The Selling Flex Associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This is an hourly position.
