Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration.

The Trilingual Selling Partner Support Associate is the primary solution provider for global sellers on the Amazon platforms. In addition to providing a remarkable Seller experience. A Selling Partner Support Associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat or/and email cases.

• Only schedules available for this role are Tuesday-Saturday 5:00-14:00/6:00-15:00/8:00-17:00; Thursday-Monday 5:00-14:00/8:00-17:00/13:00-22:00; Sunday-Thursday 5:00-14:00/8:00-17:00. Option to choose schedule is subject to availability on the date offer is extended to successful candidate. Part-time, night or ‘graveyard’ shifts are not available.

Basic Qualifications


- - 2+ years of working experience in corporate environments [AND/OR] volunteering, TCU, internship or university professional practice.
- - B1 English proficiency or higher.
- - B1 Portuguese proficiency or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

- - University Bachelor's degree in process or completed.
- - Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training, etc.
