About the team:
The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers.
The team is responsible for UK TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
About the role
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive targeted seller incubation and portfolio growth. This role focuses on designing, executing, and scaling programs that accelerate mid-potential sellers from $500/month to $30K+/month GMV through strategic program development, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end initiative ownership. You will play a critical role in identifying growth levers, building scalable frameworks, and owning key incubation programs from inception to impact evaluation.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
1. Design, launch, and manage end-to-end incubation programs covering proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation
2. Identify scalable growth levers and build horizontal enablement frameworks that drive mass seller activation and progression through key business milestones
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth opportunities and remove blockers across the seller journey
4. Manage communication channels if needed (e.g., Lark groups, instant messaging) to drive mass account management activities such as forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, and program rollouts
5. Monitor key performance metrics, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and seller outcomes
6. Anticipate risks, dependencies, and next steps—proactively navigating internal tools, documentation, and resources to ensure program success
