Manage sales of Ceva’s cattle and equine product portfolio to beef and dairy farmers.
Lead the demand generation sales team, ensuring compliance with fieldwork and CRM methodologies.
Develop annual and monthly sales quotas for each Field Technical Sales Representative (VTC) territory.
Define the team’s expense and investment budgets and manage adherence to them.
Manage sales performance indicators in line with the established strategies and guidelines.
Analyze the market potential of each VTC territory to increase sales among customers with strong purchasing potential.
Coordinate and promote the Ceva product portfolio defined by the company’s leadership.
Conduct activities on farms and at points of sale—including training sessions, presentations, relationship-building initiatives, marketing campaigns, business dinners, and field days—to increase demand for Ceva products.
Ensure the execution of marketing initiatives to support brand development.
Monitor competitors and their activities, recommending adjustments to the sales plan when necessary.
Redesign VTC territories whenever necessary, based on their sales potential for Ceva.
Coach VTCs to support professional development and talent retention.
Support the technical, commercial, and marketing development of all VTCs under the position’s leadership.
Ensure that VTCs execute their monthly plans.
Audit VTC territories to assess work implementation, execution of key responsibilities, compliance with company guidelines, customer relationships, and Ceva’s brand image.
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Knowledge of sales and distribution channels.
Strong knowledge of the large animal and animal reproduction markets.
Strong team management skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
