Requirements

What you will do day to day

• Drive sales growth: develop and carry out your own sales strategies to share award-winning self-growth training programs with the right client segments.
• Build trusting relationships: cultivate genuine, lasting relationships with prospective clients.
• Mentor others: as your business grows, support and mentor others who join the business.
• Set and exceed your own goals: take ownership of your targets and consistently strive to surpass them.
• Plan your growth: create and carry out plans to reach new markets and expand your reach.
• Stay on top of your numbers: manage your sales activity and forecasting, with systems and tools provided.
• Know the programmes: develop a thorough understanding of the training programmes so you can communicate their value with conviction.
• Keep improving: learn from challenges, adapt to changing markets and contribute to a progressive community.

The ideal candidate

• Six years or more of professional experience in sales leadership or a related field.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed independently.
• A growth mindset and a strong desire for ongoing personal and professional growth. You will be sharing online personal development programmes, so you need to be able to engage with and advocate for this kind of content wholeheartedly.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills for remote work.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic global business.
