Self-Employed Estate Agent / Valuer / Lister – Prime Residential Sales

Location: Cheshire – Chester, Nantwich, Tarporley, Malpas, Knutsford
OTE £80,000 – £100,000+

An established premium residential property brand is seeking an experienced Estate Agent / Property Valuer / Lister to operate across Cheshire’s prime residential market.

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or Branch Valuer looking to maximise earning potential within a self-employed structure, while benefiting from proven systems, strong brand positioning and direct mentorship.

With an average listing value of circa £1m and over £12m worth of property sold last year, this is a serious platform for serious agents.

The Role – Estate Agent / Valuer / Lister

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals

• Win new instructions in the residential sales market

• Convert valuations into listings

• Manage residential property sales from instruction to completion

• Negotiate offers and agree sales

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• Deliver premium marketing standards

This role is particularly suited to experienced valuers and listers confident in generating and converting instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Estate Agent

• Experience as a Property Valuer / Lister / Senior Sales Negotiator

• Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations

• Residential sales experience essential

• Prime or premium market exposure preferred but not essential

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Driven, professional and target-focused
