Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for Business Individuals, driving acquisition and sales for mobile, broadband, and add-on offers by coordinating multi-channel delivery.
Support the development of go-to-market strategies and campaign briefs for new plans and propositions, ensuring alignment with segmentobjectivesand market needs.
Coordinate multi-channel campaign delivery across digital ads, email marketing, social media, and on-ground activities to maximise reach and engagement.
Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere toMaxisbrand guidelines, compliance standards, and KPIs, guaranteeingtimelyand effective execution.
Collaborate with Brand & Comms to create compelling, brand-aligned marketing assets and equip sales teams with relevant materials and talking points for effective customer engagement.
Conduct market research and analysis on Business Individuals' needs and competitive landscape, informing campaign messaging and customer-centric proposition development.
Monitor and track campaign performance, lead generation, and customer feedback, contributing to detailed performance reports and providing insights for optimisation.
