We are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned customer segments. The role will focus on understanding customer needs, driving product and campaign initiatives, and strengthening GCash’s brand presence and business performance within the segment.
You will be responsible for the following:
Lead the planning and execution of segment-focused marketing campaigns and strategies
Develop customer propositions and positioning aligned with GCash’s products and services
Work closely with product, growth, finance, and marketing teams to launch acquisition and retention initiatives
Drive the development of products and programs tailored to the assigned customer segment
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to assess segment performance and identify growth opportunities
Analyze internal and external data to create insights and improve campaign effectiveness
Champion customer insights and market research to better understand consumer behavior and needs
Prepare campaign, product, research, and agency briefs to support program execution
Manage business cases, campaign budgets, and post-campaign evaluations to measure impact and ROI
Ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics, or any related field
At least 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, consulting, business development, or related roles
Strong business acumen with experience in campaign planning and business performance management
Experience in market research, consumer insights, and campaign analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in budget management, business casing, and performance reporting is an advantage
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Customer-focused and purpose-driven mindset with passion for delivering impactful campaigns.
