Within CERATIZIT Hard Material Solutions, our Segment Managers play a key role in driving our success across the various industries we serve, organized into strategic clusters. To further strengthen our organization, we are looking for a motivated Segment Manager for the Construction Industry.

Due to the size and complexity of this market, you will share the responsibility of this segment with a co‑Segment Manager, and working closely together to lead, develop, and grow this segment.

Your tasks:

• Define and drive the segment strategy, ensuring alignment with division goals, customer needs, and overall sales growth

• Monitor market and segment developments to identify opportunities, risks, and new growth areas

• Oversee pricing and profitability, managing margins and ensuring strong financial performance

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle, shaping roadmaps and working closely with cross‑functional teams

• Support business development and key accounts, collaborating with Sales and providing strong application expertise

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management, supported by a strong technical and commercial mindset and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes

• You are a true team player, with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills, able to work effectively across different functions and cultures

• You are fluent in English, with French or German preferred, any additional language is considered an advantage

• You are willing to be based at our Headquarters in Luxembourg and to travel internationally (20–40%)

• You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and engage with stakeholders at all levels
