We are looking for a Segment Management Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial planning, performance monitoring, and profitability analysis of the B2C business.

This role is central to coordinating the annual budgeting process, monitoring financial performance, analysing product profitability, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the commercial business. The successful candidate will work closely with planning and control functions, product management, sales channels, and other business stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of commercial performance through financial analysis, reporting, and process automation.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate, prepare, and deliver the annual budget for the B2C segment, acting as the central point of contact between planning and control functions, business units, product teams, and support areas, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and control the execution of the annual budget, performing critical analysis of deviations and proposing corrective actions in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, update, and monitor profitability (P&L) models for B2C products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business assumptions in close collaboration with Product Management teams.
  • Analyse operating expenses (OPEX) allocated to each product, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial and profitability reports, consolidating information from multiple sources to support management decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Management, Business Support, and Sales Channels, ensuring the timely and accurate exchange of financial information.
  • Perform critical analysis of Cost-to-Acquire (C2A) and monitor commission models in collaboration with Sales Channel Managers.
  • Identify manual processes and support the implementation of automation solutions using available tools, working closely with operational and technology teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in financial reporting, Planning & Control, or financial audit.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and automation solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.
