As part of the Sales organization, this role bridges technical expertise and commercial responsibilities within the Automotive & Electronics segments. These strategic market areas require a strong application knowledge and customer insight, while providing opportunities for business development and long-term growth.

Your missions:

• Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service
• Identifying business development risks and opportunities in Automotive & Electronics markets
• Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets
• Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition
• Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long-term relationships
• Understanding of the Automotive & Electronics industry-specific requirements, including the quality standards

Your profile:

• Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
• Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
• Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Speaking fluently English, any other language is an asset
• Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
